What is CrossFit?
At CrossFit RXD, our clients reach elite fitness levels through the CrossFit method; constantly varied, functional movement, done at high intensity. CrossFit training efficiently combines numerous exercise methods, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. CrossFit is constantly varied. This means that each day the workout will involve different exercise movements, different structures and time domains. It is likely you will not do the same workout in several months, because of the extreme variety. This is an amazing concept, because it prevents you from getting bored. We have all been stuck in a rut at the average “Globo Gym”, doing the same old thing. It is not mentally or physically stimulating. This leads to boredom and lack of effort. At CrossFit RXD, our members are constantly challenged with new and unique workouts, as well as introduced to new movements on a regular basis.
