Most people don’t know these 3 things about me:
1. I’m Associate Pastor at a church in North Hollywood
2. I play the drums.
3. I have ran 4 LA Marathons
Biggest accomplishment since joining RXD: Just being part of the RXD family is an accomplishment. Every day is a challenge, every workout takes the breath out of you, every member encourages you, every coach believes in you, and I always leave RXD feeling accomplished. Thank you, Christine, Sean, Nyra, Eric, Bryan, and Connor for everything.
Describe RXD in your own words: RXD is a community that truly cares for each others success in & outside the Box. They will motivate you, believe in you, and will make hard workouts look Fun. Glad to be part of the RXD Family

Athletic Background: Played Baseball through High School, & X-Country Running
Go-to class time: 6:00 AM
How did you learn about CrossFit? I heard about CrossFit in 2015. That year I remember watching CrossFit Games on ESPN and was very impressed what every athlete was able to do.
How has CrossFit RXD changed your life? My life changed from day one. CrossFit workouts exposed how out of shape I really was, and it humbled me. This has motivated me to get better every day I come.
Short term goals: SStrict pull ups & double-unders
Long term goals: Continue to be consistent and get better at every movement
Favorite movement: Box jumps & wall balls
Least favorite movement: Burpee & Assault bike
Favorite healthy meal: Mahi Mahi with brown rice and veggies
Favorite cheat meal: The Habit & In N Out Burgers

Hobbies outside of CrossFit: Run, hike, mountain Bike
Life Achievements: Marrying my best friend Janet & and being the father of our athletic 5-year-old, Xavier Caleb.
