Sean Swetnam

– I played Division 1 baseball and have been training for competitive powerlifting ever since. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA and currently hold a CrossFit Level 2 certification. I love to compete, but the joy that coaching brings far outweighs anything that I will ever lift. CrossFit RXD is the perfect fit for my ornate style of coaching and training. It’s difficult not smiling when I walk into RXD.

Played baseball at DeMatha Catholic High School and played soccer and baseball at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Played Division 1 baseball at George Mason University and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Professional Pitching instructor and personal trainer since 2011. Partnered with the Washington Nationals and HeadFirst Summer Camps as a Division Director and head coach. Former head coach for Fall season showcase teams and part of St. John’s College High School baseball coaching staff. Currently a USAPL Class II powerlifter.
