Sean Swetnam

– I played Division 1 baseball and have been training for competitive powerlifting ever since. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA and currently hold a CrossFit Level 2 certification. I love to compete, but the joy that coaching brings far outweighs anything that I will ever lift. CrossFit RXD is the perfect fit for my ornate style of coaching and training. It’s difficult not smiling when I walk into RXD.
Played baseball at DeMatha Catholic High School and played soccer and baseball at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Played Division 1 baseball at George Mason University and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Professional Pitching instructor and personal trainer since 2011. Former head coach for Fall season showcase teams and part of St. John’s College High School baseball coaching staff. Currently a USAPL Class II powerlifter.
