Bryan is an 21-year veteran of law enforcement and recognizes the importance of being physically fit in the public safety profession, where your fitness level can sometimes be the difference between life and death.  Bryan started CrossFit in 2009 and quickly became one of Southern California’s elite CrossFit competitors.  Bryan is a two-time (2013 & 2014) CrossFit Games competitor in the Masters 40-44 year old division, finishing 3rd in the world in 2014.  Bryan has also competed individually and on Team RXD at the So Cal & California Regionals in 2010, 2011, 2013 & 2014.  

 

Bryan started his coaching career in 1990 as a High School wrestling coach.  Since that time, he has become well versed as a coach, having trained everyone from senior citizens to elite athletes.  Bryan is all about motivation and will push and encourage you to perform at your best each and every day.  Bryan is excited about the opportunity to coach you and share his knowledge and experience to help you achieve your fitness goals.
