Coach Amanda was introduced to CrossFit by her friend, a crossfitter at the time. After going to her first CrossFit class in 2015, Amanda realized how physically unprepared she was when she dropped the training bar in the fundamental classes. She then continued to stay committed, went to the gym 6 days a week and adjusted her diet to match her new lifestyle. Amanda stayed training and pushing herself to new limits, which eventually led her to getting her Crossfit level 1 trainer credential. Now Amanda hopes to guide others who are in similar positions as she was when she started, as well as eventually training with children who need an energy outlet or just want to exercise and be healthy.
