Coach Conner started CrossFit at the of 12 and was competitive as a youth for 4 years and then transitioned into Olympic lifting which Conner has been competitive for 3 years. Conner loves seeing and experiencing what the body is capable of doing because it truly does seem that the hindrance that occurs is the limitations that we place on ourselves. It is inspiring as a coach to help athletes break through that barrier and to get them to realize that they can do so much more than they think. That’s what Conner loves.
