How has CrossFit RXD changed your life? Thanks to my best friend Yesenia for introducing me to CrossFit RxD. I dropped in for two sessions and they were amazing! Months later, I signed up as a regular member! Best decision ever! One of many awesome aspects about CrossFit RxD is the community within the box. Each athlete has his/her own weaknesses and strengths and different level of crossfit experiences. Amazingly, knowledge is still shared amongst each other. There are always positive feedbacks, critiques, and motivation provided by the coaches and members to help each other to make a better lift or to complete a lift or to PR that lift.
