Most people don’t know these 3 things about me:
1. I’m a first-generation American (parents are from Germany and Brazil)
2. I went to Jr. Nationals for triathlon the last 2 years of high school
3. I PR’d in the beer mile last summer – 7:32
Biggest accomplishment since joining RXD: Bar muscle up
Describe RXD in your own words: Even though I grew up doing ‘workout’ sports and love competing, I’ve always had a tough time staying consistent with training. But thanks to the awesome staff, diabolical programming, and encouraging community at RXD I legitimately look forward to training something new every day. The RXD family is a special place full of team players with just the right blend of fun and badass, thank you all!!

Athletic Background: Ran, swam and did triathlons in high school, switched to triathlon only in college. Since then have focused mostly on triathlons with the occasional half marathon here and there.
Go-to class time: 4:30 PM
How did you learn about CrossFit? It’s always been floating out there as an alternative to the globo-gym and/or endurance sport training on my own. I saw some games clips on Youtube a while back and got really intrigued by the multi-disciplinary concept.
How has CrossFit RXD changed your life? Gets me back to working out consistently, enjoying training and building actual usable strength!
Short term goals: Get a ring muscle up, then string two together
Long term goals: Back squat 301# and earn that commitment club shirt
Favorite movement: Clean
Least favorite movement: Deadlift
Favorite healthy meal: Put salmon on something healthy and I’ll eat it!
Favorite cheat meal: Ribs and generally anything BBQ

Hobbies outside of CrossFit: Triathlons, hiking, trying to keep house plants alive and spending time with my girlfriend
