Biggest accomplishment since joining RXD: Hang snatch 225lbs and full snatch 235lbs

Describe RXD in your own words: Growth. You will find a way to challenge yourself here. Whether it’s within the gym or outside of it, you will learn about your limits and how to exceed them here. And the coaches and members will be there to provide support.

How did you learn about CrossFit? When my coworker told me how he threw up during a workout

How has CrossFit RXD changed your life? Humbled me. It’s amazing to be around so many people who excel not only in the gym, but outside of it.

Short term goals: Chain muscle ups (and finally get my first bar MU)

Long term goals: Snatch 300lbs

Favorite movement: Any of the Olympic lifts

Least favorite movement: TTB/Burpee

Favorite healthy meal: Turkey, kale and rice

Favorite cheat meal: Carne asada fries

Current book you’re reading: US History 1864-present

Hobbies outside of CrossFit:Spending time with my family; going to movies; working on my car

Life Achievements: Becoming a father and husband; starting my coursework for my graduate degree
