Pick the scaled version or most difficult version you need to work on the most. i.e. handstand hold, deficit strict, DB press etc…

Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes:

15 Wallballs (20/14)

15 Knees to Elbows

15 Hand Release Pushups

45 Double Unders
