Handstand Push-ups (Emom 8 minutes: low count for quality)
Pick the scaled version or most difficult version you need to work on the most. i.e. handstand hold, deficit strict, DB press etc…
Metcon (No Measure)
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes:
15 Wallballs (20/14)
15 Knees to Elbows
15 Hand Release Pushups
45 Double Unders
