Rest 2 minutes (add weight to bar) then complete part b
B: Metcon (Weight)
Emom 5 minutes:
1 squat clean and jerk
Emom 15 minutes:
1 squat clean + 2 front squats + 1 jerk
Rest 2 minutes (add weight to bar) then complete part b
Emom 5 minutes:
1 squat clean and jerk
