C1: Chin Up (Go for a Rep PR)

C2: Chin Up (Try to match your Rep PR)

C3: Chin Up (Add C1 & C2. Take a few sets to do that many reps)

D1: GHD Situps (15 reps for 4 sets)

D2: Weighted Sit-ups (45/25 for 15 reps for 4 sets)
