We wanted to congratulate, Yesenia and Mike on their winning the RP Challenge. I think Coach Eric said it best the other day when he said that you can workout as hard and as long as you like, you can sleep really well, but if your diet is off, the results are very limited which leads to frustration.

We take very seriously the notion of a healthy lifestyle here at RXD, and we hope that if you have questions about your Fitness, eating plans and sleeping patterns, you will come and see a coach. Happy Friday and Congrats again, you two!
