We are officially making the Power Lifting Class a staple at CrossFit RXD starting next Saturday at 10AM and every Saturday at 10AM after that!!

Also, if you are coming to Yoga Class, be ready with your own mat. We do carry some for use but want everyone to have the equipment you need.
