STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH. Whether you are new or a veteran Crossfitter, making sure to spend the time to stretch and get limber is the best way to avoid soreness and injury.
RP CHALLENGE UPDATE:
Sign up. Put their info on the sign up sheet on the board by 1/11.
It will be $25 to sign up. Payable in cash/check or by card at the register (Joe will put a square on the register).
The templates will be be purchased after the sign up deadline. Price and discount code TBA
Saturday 1/7 Nutrishop Fullerton will be at RXD from 9-12 for body composition testing. This is mandatory for the competition part of the challenge. You may go to Nutrishop Fullerton and do it on your own if you can’t make this date. Members CAN buy templates and participate without competing to win. But to be eligible for the prize you must do the test twice.
Kick off meeting is 11:30 am on 1/14. This is to discuss details and get helpful tips for the start date.
