We hope you had a good break, I know some of us have been chomping at the bit to get back to the gym after all these Christmas calories…. but rest assured that this week will kill some of those extra meals.
Don’t forget, for those who really want to take their diet seriously in 2017, we have the RP challenge starting up on January 16th. Here is all the info you will need:
-You will need to sign up on the sheet by January 11 at the gym.
-$25 Cash or Card
-Custom Templates will be supplied for an additional $85, if we get 15 members to sing up. You may purchase your own template an not compete
-January 7, Nutrishop Fullerton will be in the house to do the InBody Test. You may go to Nutrishop anytime before the challenge begins to get your test done, if you are unable to be there on 7th. Before and After testing in mandatory for those partaking in challenge
-Kick-off meeting on January 14th at 11:30AM. Offical start date of January 16th.
