Connor, one of our newest members, has made an impression on the staff at RXD with his effort to come to regular class, Oly Class, do the “Burn” workout, hit a workout with the “Sunday Crew” and come in to stretch when he knew he needed it.
Connor is easy to coach, has a teachable spirit and is light on his feet. We are glad you have you, Connor, and look forward to you coming to class each day. Welcome to RXD!!
