We are so encouraged by the amount of support and participation that is seen for the 8008 Challenge, keep up the amazing work you guys!!

8008 Challenge #2:

“GRANNY SHOT”

Max distance Slam Ball Toss.

Rules: Must be 20lb ball (M/F), must be between the legs with both legs planted, no bounces or rolls will count– first contact with ground with the ball from where the heel of the foot is the distance of the throw. READY, SET, GO!

Submit Score by Sunday at 7PM.


Don’t forget about all the wonderful classes we have to offer RXD!! We have Oly classes Monday and Wednesday Nights @ 6:30PM, Yoga on Saturday’s at 0800, and every Saturday at 0900 you can bring your friends and family for FREE to try CrossFit, through October 1st.

We love offering a variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs and capabilities and look forward to seeing you all in these specialty classes. We tailor them for every athlete regardless of your abilities. If you have questions or concerns, please ask a coach.
