Tomorrow marks the first challenge in RXD’s first Annual 8008 Challenge. Weekly, we will post challenges, for your chance to earn points, with those points you will be eligible for the Grand Prize of a Month of RXD membership free, Reebok Nano’s among weekly prizes for Male and Female top earners.

Here is Challenge 1: “ARMageddon”

Max Calories (arms only) on Assault Bike

Standards: must have coaches approval or video, can redo as many times as desired, score must be submitted by 7pm on Sunday September 11.
