This picture means a lot. The most experienced coach and athlete in our gym, kneeling in, paying close attention to some of the newest members to RXD. Age, PR’s and Fran Time means very little in moments like this. It’s about sharing knowledge and showing genuine support for each and every member that walks in our gym.
