What an amazing week we had guys!! From people on their first week of Power Supply, to the announcement of CrossFit Kids, to testing week for the Athletes Program. I hope you all had as much this week and we did coaching you all.

We have the coolest kids in town and we are very much looking forward to seeing what they can do out on the gym floor.
