TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY:

STEF LUA!! What a Transformation!! After a couple weeks of her body becoming accustomed to her new RP Diet, she began to have increased energy, faster recovery time, less soreness and a huge decrease in her reoccurring headaches… not to mention she began to PR!! Stef is down 13 lbs and a 5% overall body fat. Amazing work Stef, keep it up!!

RXD CROSSFIT KIDS:

May 16th is quickly approaching and we can’t wait to see all the little ones throw down!! This will be an educational and fun environment for them to learn the basics of fitness. REMEMBER, the first two weeks are free so there is no excuse why we can’t sign them all up, right?
