Hello Friends! We have tallied all the results and we are so excited to bring you the final stats from our RP challenge.
First of all, I want to thank and congratulate each of you that participated in this challenge, it was not easy, and after speaking with many of you about how it was going, I could tell you took this very seriously, from the meal prepping to the Macro Counting, and as a coach, THAT IS THE REAL RESULT.
Out of 25 Post Measurements, RXD has lost a total of 277 lbs, 11.5 average per person. 35 Lbs of Muscle Growth, 1.5% average. Plus, 4.5% overall body fat loss! Wow, you guys, these are amazing numbers and we could not be more proud of the way this turned out. We love to see you guys take your nutrition seriously and motivate each other.
The most impressive results, and the winner of the RP Challenge goes to this stud, Ken Ruedas. Personally, I couldn’t believe that this was the result of a simple diet change!!
With a total of 20 lbs of fat loss, 3.5 lbs of muscle gained and a drop of 12% body fat, here he is, the man himself!!! Congrats Ken, you have inspired me along with many others, we are so stoked for your new look and so proud of your new career as a Police Officer.
