TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY
For the last 90 days, RXD, as a gym, has participated in the Renaissance Periodization Challenge in order for us to nail down the pieces of our diet that were missing. We have had some amazing results and wanted to share then with you. First up is Kristina. We are so proud to share with you her amazing transformation. She has tirelessly worked inside and outside the gym in order to achieve these results.
Kristina has lost a total of 6.5% body fat and 17.8 lbs. WOW!! You look like you feel AMAZING, Girl!!!! I hope you treated yourself, wait… looks like you did, with a beer– exactly what I would do!
