LOTS OF UPDATES RXD!
In an attempt to highlight our amazing coaching staff, each Friday, starting this week I will be introducing/reintroducing our coaches and telling a bit of their CrossFit story. How they started, what motivates them and what RXD means to them. So be on the look out for that!

RP CHALLENGERS!!! LISTEN UP!! IN-Body Retesting will be held this Friday 8-12, Saturday 9-12 and Monday during open gym. LETS PUT ALL THAT HARD WORK TO THE TEST! We will also be starting a Transformation Tuesday Campaign, to shine a light on those who have completely changed their eating lifestyle AND IT SHOWS!!
Our very own COACH KRISTI will be competing next month in a National Weightlifting Competition– basically the CrossFit Games for her sport!!. WOW!! Nice job Kristi, we can’t wait to watch you throw down.
