Another years’ open has come and gone. What an amazing time we had testing our fitness and growing closer as a community. Thank you RXD for making it so much fun and special for everyone, even the little ones. As always, it was amazing to watch and experience.

B) EMOM 5 Mins
3 Ring Muscle Ups (practice receiving high turnover)
*Scaled– 3 hips to rings + 3 dips*
