12 OH Squats 95/65

12 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

(Rest remaining)

3 minutes to complete:

Two rounds of:

14 OH Squats 95/65

14 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

(Rest remaining)

Continue to perform 3 minute cycles, increasing reps by 2, until you are unable to complete the required amount of reps in the time frame.
