MOVEMENT & TECHNIQUE CLASS: Today @ 8PM

Coach Eamon’s popular Movement & Technique Class will be at 8pm for the next two weeks starting today.

The class will be moving between 4pm and 8pm every month to allow additional access.

Today’s class will be on Rowing.  Come learn how to improve your rowing technique to be more efficient and faster.
