VETERANS DAY SCHEDULE:

Normal class schedule all day.

STRENGTH:

In 15 min, find HEAVY a 3 rep Squat Cleans

*Not touch and go.

WOD:

Every 30 seconds for 12 min:

1 Squat Clean @80-90% of above

Supplemental Performance Training:

Establish a 20RM Push Jerk

(Resting in rack or overhead is ok)

 –

5 x 1 min Weighted Planks

See how heavy you can go for 1 min. without touching.

Be sure to place weight on low back/butt.
