Our new training program starts today:

FITNESS program is designed for the majority of our gym.  Believe me the Fitness program will not be easy or watered down.

PERFORMANCE is for our advanced atheletes that are training to compete in the SPORT of CrosssFit.

STRENGTH:

(Fitness and Performance)

Take 20 Minutes to work up to a HEAVY Clean

 –

EMOM 10 Minutes:

(Fitness)

1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats @75% of above

(Performance)

3 Cleans @ 75% of above

Make these touch and go!

PERFORMANCE SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING:

Three Rounds for Time:

4 Muscle-ups

8 HSPU

12 C2B Pull-ups

16 Pistols

40 Double-unders

(Rest 2 minutes between rounds)
