ONE WEEK UNTIL THE CROSSFIT GAMES:

WHEN:          July 23, 24 & 25 (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)  at 9am

                          Heat times will be posted as soon as they are annonced.

WHERE:       Stub Hub Center (formerly the Home Depot Center)

                          18400 South Avalon Carson, CA 90746

                          Events will be held in the Track and Field Stadium

COST:            FREE, possibly parking

It is finally here…….well almost.  I am so excited and honored to be representing CrossFit RXD and Orange County in the CrossFit Games.  To think that I even qualified as 10th in the Open is amazing.  I will be trying not to take myself too seriously during the competition and will try to enjoy the moment.  I would be so humbled if YOU, my friends, would be there to support me.  Your cheers and screams often carry me through those final painful reps.  I am fully aware that the schedule is not conducive to those with regular jobs, so if you are unable to make it to the event I completly understand.

I would like to thank my wife, Nyra for her immense patience and support.  It’s not easy to be married to a guy with two jobs, who is training for the CrossFit Games.  Not to mention raising a 2 year old.  She is an amazing athlete in her own right and to take a supporting role during this time has made my life a little easier.  To our 2 year old boy, Andrew, you are the center of my world buddy and the fire that burns in my heart.  I will continue to battle for you until the very end.  The CrossFit Games is a walk in the park compared to what we have and continue to go through for you.
