DAN AND COACH ANDREW.  YES “COACH ANDREW”

We are pleased to announce that Andrew Niemeyer is now an assistant coach at CrossFit RXD.  Andrew has learned and applied the CrossFit principles in his own training and made amazing advances and transformed his own body.  He is a supportive, friendly and encouraging to all members and will make an amazing assistant coach during our morning classes.  Please help us welcome him to our staff.

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead

1 Back Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead

(rest 2 minutes between rounds)
