guillermo

As most of you have heard, RXD member Guillermo (pictured above right) was shot.  Guillermo is an LAPD Gang Officer and during an investigation he was shot in the face.  He is expected to survive his injuries, but needless to say his recovery will take a long while.  Please keep Guillermo and his family in your prayers.

STRENGTH WOD:

Four Sets of:

Shoulder Press, 5 reps at 70% of 1RM

Rest 2 minutes between sets.  Use this time to mobilize.

CONDITIONING WOD:

AMRAP 15 Minutes:

30 Double-Unders

20 Hand Release Push-Ups

10 Ball Slams (heavy)
