REMEMBER FOLKS:  


SMOOTH IS FAST…..when you hear “3,2,1…Go!” don’t lose your mind.  CrossFit requires that we are constantly thinking and assessing.  We can’t just go APE SH#T.  We need to keep our wits, access how we are feeling and continue to move forward.  There is a strategy to each and every WOD.  Strategies are individualized to each person and their abilities.
