You have the option of doing the FULL, HALF or TEAM MURPH WOD.

The full MURPH WOD is:

1 Mile Run

100 Pull-Ups

200 Push-Ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

*The pull-ups, push-ups and squats can be broken up.

It is recommended to be done in 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats for 20 rounds.

SEVEN ROUNDS FOR TIME:

7 Power Cleans (155/105)
