This is one tough crew.  I would go to battle with these guys any day of the week.

Four Sets of:

Back Squat x 2-3 reps @ 30X1

Rest 15-20 seconds

Kipping Pull-Ups x 10-15 reps

(Rest 3 minutes between sets)

CONDITIONING WOD:

Four Rounds of:

2 Minutes to complete,

250 Row

with remaining, AMRAP Squat Cleans (135/95)
