Tonight is the final night of the CrossFit Open, 13.5.
Our competition night will start at 6pm. We hope you will join us as we finish off five weeks of hard work, PR’s, and many accomplishments by all participants.

AMRAP 4 Minutes:
15 Thrusters (100/65)
Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
(If you reach 90 reps in the first 4 minutes, you gain 4 extra minutes and the workout becomes an 8 minute AMRAP)
(If you reach 180 reps in the first 8 minutes, you gain 4 extra minutes and the workout becomes a 12 minute AMRAP)
