Coach Eric had an idea.  Why do we only honor heroes after they are gone?  Why not honor the living?

So he decided to honor our own RXD heroes with a HERO WOD of their own.  Rich and Sue Yudt are both amazing people and together and even more amazing couple.  They both hail from Pennsylvania  and joined the armed forces, but never met until they were both serving in Hawaii together.  Rich and Sue both chose a life of service.  Rich a career Marine and Sue an Army nurse and now as a Nurse Anesthetist.  These are down to earth, hard working people.  They have found a family in RXD and we are so much better because they are one of us.

Don’t forget tonight is social night at THE RANCH SALOON, in Anaheim.  There is nothing formal planned.  Just show up and look for the RXD crew hanging together.  Show up anytime after 8pm.  This is a cowboy bar, but don’t worry you don’t need boots or a hat.  The dress code is “Night Club Attire.”
