PROWLER RELAY

JOIN US FOR THE BREA 8K this Sunday, February 25th:

This kicks off at the Brea Mall.  The course runs approximately 5 miles.  RXD will have a promotion booth set up and a row contest for contestants.  We hope you will wear your RXD colors and come out and strut your stuff.

I HAVE TWO FREE ENTRIES TO THE RUN.

Guess a number between 1 and 100 and post to comments.  The closest two numbers get a FREE PASS.

Strength WOD:

4 sets of:

Back Squat 5-6 reps 20×1 (weight should be very tough working sets)

(Rest 2 minutes)

Bent over Barbell Row 8-10 reps

(Rest 2 minutes)

Conditioning WOD:

200 Meter Run

20 Jumping Lunges

20/10 Push-ups
