SATURDAY’S  SLAUGHTER

REMINDER:

Tonight is the LEAN-4-LIFE  (L4L) NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM kick-off at 7pm.  There will be no 7pm workout class due to this event.

If you are interested in learning more about L4L, join us for tonights class for FREE.  Learn about the program and decide after if you want to join.

CROSSFIT LANGUAGE LESSON:

EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute

Each time a new minute starts you perform the given task and once you complete the task, rest for the remainder of the minute.
