RXD LEAN-4-LIFE NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM:  TIP OF THE DAY, DIETARY FATS

What we have to remember is dietary fat is not the enemy, eating fat is very important in our diet and cutting it out will not help you to lose fat.  Fat contains essential vitamins needed for health A, D, E and K.

  • Dietary fats are essential for health
  • Fat cell walls are made of fat, a healthy cell wall will allow fat out to allow it to be burned
  • We should all take 3 fish oil supplements to get more of these healthy fats and eat several servings of fatty fish per week.
