AGE

Unfortunately one consequence of aging is the slowing of our metabolic rate which the measurement of our energy expenditure. There is nothing we can do to stop this however we can help to make it less drastic by carrying on cross fitting and following the PIB diet.

  • Aging slows down the metabolism

GENDER

Unfortunately women have a slower metabolic rate than men, so they are genetically predisposed to loose fat slower than men…you are designed to reproduce and bear children,  that’s just the way it is.

  • Women have a lower metabolic rate than men

STRENGTH WOD

Five sets of:

Power Clean x 1-1-1

(rest 10 seconds between singles)

Rest 3-4 minutes

CONDITIONING WOD

Three rounds for time of:

400 Meter Run

30 Air Squats

15 Pullups
