Important Schedule Change:

This Tuesday, December 18th, there will be no 7pm class, due to our staff Christmas celebration.

We will allow for larger classes at the 5pm and 6pm classes to fit everyone in.

Starting January 7th, we will be adding a 6am class on Tuesday and Thursday.

This will give us 6am classes Monday through Friday.

Technique:

Spend 15 minutes working on Pull-up or Muscle-up technique.
