Take 15 minutes to build to a Heavy Clean or Front Squat

Part 2:

On the minute for 12 minutes complete:

1 Hang Squat Clean, then 1 Clean (squat) @75-85% of above

or

2 Front Squats (off the rack) @ 80-85% of above

You have the option to chose the Front Squat or Full Squat Clean for today’s WOD.
