Yoga Class, Saturday at 9am.  Bring $7 for coaching fee

CHRISTMAS PARTY UPDATE:

We have officially gone over 60 guests confirmed for the Christmas Party, December 14th.

You have until December 7th to RSVP.

The $35 party fee will be collected starting December 8th.

You can pay cash, check, or by credit card.  We will NOT be billing accounts.

Members who RSVP and no-show WILL be billed, so please ensure that you will be attending before you sign up.

PART A:

Three sets of:

Shoulder Press, 6-8 reps

(Rest 90 seconds)

Abmat Situps, 20 reps

(Rest 60 seconds)

Hip extensions, 15 reps

rest 60 seconds

PART B:

3 sets for max reps of:

30 seconds of Push Press (95/65 lb)

(Rest 30 seconds)

30 seconds of Box Jumps (24″/20″)

(Rest 30 seconds)
