THE BOYS AT “THE OUTLAW WAY” TRAINING CAMP

Perform a Deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + Push Press

Complete one complex every 30 seconds for seven minutes (14 total reps)

The weight used should be 70% of your 1rep max push press.

Reminder “The hang” should be from above the knee.

Four rounds for time of:

25 Hand Release Push-ups

25 KB Swings (53/36)

(rest 1 minute between rounds)
