After a FIGHT GONE BAD, will you be the victor or the loser?


In this workout you will move through each station and complete a one minute AMRAP of that exercise movement.  After completing all five stations there will be a one minute rest.  You will complete three rounds of:

Wallballs (20/14)

Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (75/55)

Box Jumps (20/20)

Push Press (75/55)

Your score will be the total number of reps/calories completed.

This workout was named by BJ Penn, a professional mixed martial artist.  After doing the WOD he was asked how the workout compared to a real fight, he stated it was like a “fight gone bad.”
