First let me say that competition is not just for the top guy or gal in the gym.  It is for everyone.  Competition is what Crossfit is all about.  Everyday you compete in our classes.  Competitions are just a couple WODs with people from other gyms.  The amazing thing about competitions is that it will focus and inspire your training.  On competition day you feel such a sense of accomplishment after giving everything you had in each WOD.

Not ready for a CrossFit competition, how about a 5K or 10K, Mud Run, Mini-Tri.  Find your avenue to compete athletically.  It will re-energize your training and increase your confidence.

Upcoming Competitions the we recommend:

Plymouth Rock N’ Roll Run (5K/10K)

This run is on Thanksgiving morning, November 22nd in Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda.  I would love to get a large RXD group to run this event.
