WOD #1

Three Rounds for time of:

10 Power Snatch (95/65)

10 Handstand Push-Ups

WOD #2, Starts at the 10 minute mark.

Three rounds of:

10 Thrusters (95/65)

10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

WOD #3, Starts at the 20 minute mark.

Three rounds of:

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

10 Toes-to-Bar

WOD is completed with a running clock.  The second WOD starts at 10 minutes.  Therefore, the faster you do WOD#1, the more rest you have.  If you are not done with WOD #1 at 10 minutes, stop and transition to WOD #2.  The third WOD starts at 20 minutes, same as previous.
