WOD:

5K Run

Our run will be along the Santa Ana River Trail today.  We will meet at RXD and warm-up as we walk/jog to the starting spot at Glassell and the Santa Ana River Trail.  I know some of you will see that it is a distance run today and immediately decide to sleep in or stay home.  REMEMBER, TRAIN YOUR WEAKNESSES.  If you don’t like distance running then it is probably because you lack stamina or endurance, you have poor running technique, etc.  What ever it is, the more reason to practice it and improve upon the weakness.
