IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGES STARTING OCTOBER 1ST:
We will no longer have a Noon class.
We are adding a 10am class to replace it.
Monday-Friday, the gym will be closed from 11am to 1pm.
We will now have Open Gym throughout the day. If the gym is open and there is not a class in session, IT’s OPEN GYM!
For example on Mondays, there will be Open Gym at 7am, 9am, 1pm, 2pm, 4pm.
WOD:
High Bar Back Squat:
2×8 @65%, 2×5 @70%, 1×5 @75%
(% based off 3RM)
Then:
On the minute for 10 minutes,
Complete a 200m Run.
